Winona Police Department (MN)

The March design of the month is Winona PD in Minnesota.  This custom kit is sharp and clean with its use of white vinyl on a black Explorer.  This particular vehicle in their fleet is also marked as a K9 unit.  K9 decals can be added to any kit as needed for your department.
